The U.S House is debating the Patent Reform Act of 2007 (HR 1908) this morning. Andrew Noyes has a good summary of amendments to the bill on the Tech Daily Dose blog.
I've been listening to the debate this morning and so far, there seems to be alot of bickering over legislative procedure but most articles I've read say the bill is expected to pass.
