"Virtual Worlds, Real Disputes"

At TCSDaily, Michael Rosen looks at the property and contract issues that are agitating virtual worlds. Some of these are as big as real nations -- Second Life has 4.5 million players -- and the avatars, being endowed by their creators with certain rights which may or may not be inalienable, grow litigious.
