Spreading the Word

Do you know the way? To Austin or San Jose, that is. If so let's chat at either at South by Southwest in Austin or the VON Policy Summit in San Jose. On Friday, March 16 I'll be on a panel at SXSW moderated by Chris Castle and featuring the Register of Copyrights; see the panel here and the full conference agenda here. On Monday, March 19 I'll be on a panel at VON moderated by Sean Garrett on modern media business models; see the schedule here. The VON Policy Summit is affiliated with the Video on the Net conference that will be occurring at that time.

These are incredible conferences with stellar speakers and panel discussions, and of course SXSW will have great artists such as Pete Townshend as well. Given that my scholarship focuses on artists, I'm always thrilled to have the opportunity to meet more and hear their stories.
