Their bet on Microsoft: the case will end not with a bang but with an unsatisfying whimper:
We therefore predict that the Court will choose to focus on the technical issues, such as the level of documentation given to third parties under the obligation to disclose interoperability information. Such a ruling will not end with any meaningful results other than the clarification of some technical aspects. As such it will allow the European Commission to continue to pursue its agenda.But since prophecy was given to the fools, we can only hope that our prediction is wrong and that the Court of First Instance is much more determined to make its mark on this fascinating debate.
