The Property Rights Alliance is seeking its next Hernando de Soto Fellow.
The aim of the fellowship is to offer a graduate student the opportunity to work independently in the area of private property rights and international affairs, in collaboration with prominent experts and institutions in the field. The name honors Hernando de Soto, head of the Institute for Liberty and Democracy in Peru, noted thinker, author, and advocate of the fundamental human rights of property and access to capital.
