Regular readers will have seen my occasional rant about how support for free trade is in decline in the U.S., and how this does not augur well for increased IP enforcement globally. Two modest trade bills snuck out the door of Congress before the Republicans turned out the lights over the weekend, and I've written on that development -- and the need for a new pro-trade voice -- on the PFF blog.
