Here's a bit of news on experiments going forward with sending music out in Mp3 format unrestricted. Should be fun! I'm curious as to whether the songs are watermarked. To groups seeking to expand their popularity, it might not matter. Likewise, it might not matter (much) if the Grokster decision keeps would-be distributors sufficiently in line (which so far seems to be both true and not true). We shall see. It's all about enforceability.
