The Trial Tribunal on Intellectual Property of the Supreme People's Court is working hard to draft the "Opinions Concerning the All-round Strengthening of the Intellectual Property Trial Work as a Judicial Guaranttee for the Building of an Innovation-Type of a Country" . . . . The initiative is to carry out The Decision of the Party Central Committee and the State Council Concerning the Implementation of the Outline of the Science and Technology Plan on Strengthening Independent Innovation Capability" explicitly put forward the major strategic task of building an innovation-type of a country.
