Patently-O on Adam Mossoff's new paper

Academic Advisor Adam Mossoff has a new article on patent takings, inspired by the decision last March by the Federal Circuit in Zoltek v. U.S. The case held that patents are not covered by the Takings Clause, getting the history sadly wrong. Dennis Crouch has written up the case and paper, and my own review will be... along presently.
