A new guide to DRM for consumers from CDT, as reported in DRMWatch. Haven't had a chance to look at it yet, as I am in Kuala Lumpur. Will comment on my return.

Also from DRMWatch, an interesting commentary on the cracking of Windows DRM and how that will or will not affect the market. The analysis tends to support my thesis that hacks and cracks of various types are tolerable, because they are not necessarily sufficiently consumer friendly to become widely used.
