I'm not always in complete agreement with Susan Crawford on net neutrality (she supports imposing new regulations, I don't) or copyright (she's fairly moderate but more in the copyleft camp, which of course I'm not), but she has posted a very thoughtful piece with insights both on net neutrality and on the effort in France to force interoperability on DRM market users. I like her connecting thread of competition.
