Michael Rosen has a provocative commentary today on TCS Daily regarding the desire of commons supporters to "reclaim" property, largely intellectual property, for the masses. Rosen, citing patent-related data, argues that societal value from enclosures far surpasses what can be gained from a commons. WARNING: Commons advocates likely will wish to shield their eyes from still more references to their nemesis, John Locke.
