As Jim noted in his essay on Friday, the battle between Adobe and Microsoft proves that the world of antitrust law can sometimes be absolutely surreal. And as Ronald Cass points out in his wonderful editorial in today's Wall Street Journal ("Antitrust Tourism"), we now see how the dangers on international antitrust forum shopping could become a serious problem for American businesses in coming years.
