As Jim noted in his essay on Friday, the battle between Adobe and Microsoft proves that the world of antitrust law can sometimes be absolutely surreal. And as Ronald Cass points out in his wonderful editorial in today's Wall Street Journal ("Antitrust Tourism"), we now see how the dangers on international antitrust forum shopping could become a serious problem for American businesses in coming years.

Also, I just thought I'd draw everyone's attention to three excellent essays by my fellow Tech Liberation Front bloggers Braden Cox, Andrew Grossman, and Sonia Arrison . They each cover different aspects of the case.
