Patent expert Harold Wegner emails that the next three Mondays will see a decision in Metabolite, and decisions on cert in "the KSR challenge to the Federal Circuit 'motivation' requirement for patent-defeating obviousness; the Schering-Plough 'reverse payment' antitrust settlement case; the SmithKline inherent anticipation and the Empresa Cubana 'Charming Betsy' case."
