Andrew Cadel - Managing Director, Associate General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, JP Morgan Chase

Tech Daily (subscription required) summed it up as: "A group of technology industry officials on Tuesday told a Senate panel that America's patent litigation system is broken and in dire need of reform."
