Problems, Problems

The copyleft/FOSS movement has decided on the reason it is having a hard time selling its ideas to the public: It is just too honest and insufficiently manipulative.

Gee, I thought it was because most of its ideas were simplistic, unworkable, internally contradictory, and ethically erroneous. But there I go -- framing the discussion again.
