IPcentral Academic Advisory Council (now referred to by me as IP-AAC, since I'm growing tired of typing out the full name) has just released a brand new paper.

Doug Lichtman, Law Professor at University of Chicago and IP-AAC member, has produced a brilliant piece on standards, patents and licensing holdouts. The paper can be found here.
