Intellecual Property Watch has a puff-piece on the recent Yale A2K Conference. It starts out, "A late April conference at prestigious Yale University Law School gave new focus and momentum to a growing movement aimed at protecting the public’s right to access knowledge," and that is as critical as it gets.

The problem with the conference was GIGO - start with dubious premises and you must get weird results, and nothing in the report persuades that this assessment is wrong. But those of more sympathetic bent can joiin the A2K Wiki.
