Amicus briefs for petitioner eBay were filed at the end of January. The MercExchange brief is due tomorrow, with any supporting amici efforts. Patent guru Harold Wegner emails:

It’s the bottom of the seventh inning, with pharma up to the plate -- and trailing 7-3. Will a powerful rebuttal to eBay and their amici be forthcoming? Next up is the eBay Reply Brief that will be followed by the oral argument on March 29th. A decision is likely in late May or in June.
