Kelo Testimony

The statements on Protecting Property Rights After Kelo, from the October 19 hearing before the Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, are available. Hearings on Kelo were also held recently by Senate Judiciary and House Agriculture.
