Doug Lichtman has further thoughts on the debate that has sprawled out of the discussion of Causby and Google Print (here and here), focused on the issue; "All that has led me to a question to which I do not yet have a well-formed answer: how should we decide when a copyright holder is entitled to earn revenue from a new technology?"
