I am appearing tomorrow at a hearing on Protecting Property Rights After Kelo, to be held by the Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection of House Energy and Commerce.

The witness list is not yet posted, so I don't know who else will be there.

Earlier hearings on Kelo have been held by Senate Judiciary and House Agriculture.
