There is nothing on the official calendar yet, but I am informed that the tentative schedule calls for the House Subcommittee on the Courts, Internet & Intellectual Property to hold several hearings in September:

Sept. 8: Oversight review, including the GAO and NAPA reports;
Sept. 15: Patent Reform Act (H.R. 2795);
Sept. 29: Designation of "patent specialist" district courts.
