PFF has released the transcript of its July 9 Congressional Staff Seminar on MGM v. Grokster: What's Next?, with James Burger (tech lawyer); Sarah Deutsch (Verizon); Cary Sherman (RIAA), Gigi Sohn (Public Knowledge); and the moderator (moi) mostly agreeing with each other. Must have been something in the water that day.

And the Internet Caucus Advisory Committee has available a webcast of its July 19 session, Interpreting Grokster: Protecting Copyright in the the Age of Peer-to-Peer, which was a bit more contentious.
