No Grokster; No Brand-X

From C|Net News:

Supreme Court still mum on P2P, cable Net rulings

The Supreme Court held off ruling Thursday on either the Grokster file-swapping case or the Brand X cable Internet case. Both decisions could come Monday, the last day officially scheduled for decisions in the court's current term.

In the past, the court has added additional days to release decisions when it needs more time, however.

The suspense is killing us.
