TechCentralStation today has a piece on Patent Reform Hits the Hill, by moi.
It focuses on the arguments over the standard for granting injunctions, a topic of passionate interest to the devotees of the system. (But don't try to use it to break the ice at a cocktail party. After a dinner recently, my SO commented that I had not said much. I retorted by pointing out: "Well, they just weren't interested in the reform of the non-obviousness doctrine as it relates to the industrial structure necessary to support tech industry innovation!")
