That Was Quick

The Federal Circuit turned down Smuckers' bid to patent its riff on the PB&J sandwich.

The case was heard last Wednesday, and decided on Friday, which must be a speed record for a federal court. The judgment was without opinion, which means it does not appear on the Fed Circuit website.
