Since I posted about a study by CacheLogic that stated the vast majority of consumer bandwidth was being consumed by BitTorrent, I've seen several others agree with those figures. One member of the Free Culture Movement dismissed them, but this ISP operator is representative of those who suspect the data is accurate. As someone dealing with real-world issues, his post is worth reading.
