Now available from the AEI/Brookings Joint Center for Regulatory Studies: Intellectual Property Rights in Frontier Industries: Software and Biotechnology.

It consists of papers and proceedings from a conference held last Spring. I was there, and based on the quality of those sessions, this should be a good book.
